Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Little Haus. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will be shipped.

Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please note:

• In-stock items: Typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
  
• Made-to-order items (e.g. gathered shades): Production and dispatch can take up to15 working days.
• Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

• Main urban areas in South Africa: 1–3 working days
• Outlying areas: 3–5 working days
• We use reputable local couriers to ensure your items arrive safely
  

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate of R150 for shipping.

Shipping Confirmation

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way. If you haven’t received confirmation after 5 working days, please contact us.

Delivery Issues & Damages

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage or believe the item has been lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at hello@thelittlehaus.co.za so we can assist you promptly.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within South Africa. For special requests or large orders outside South Africa, please reach out to us directly.
