Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here’s what you need to know about
returns.
Returns Window
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that our gathered shades are made to order and are therefore
non-returnable. If you're unsure about sizing, please reach out to us
before placing your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original
condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is
also required.
How to Initiate a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping is not free. Customers are responsible
for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3 working
days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10
business days. Please be aware that processing times may vary depending on
your bank or credit card provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective,
damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at laura@thelittlehaus.co.za. We
will assess the issue and take appropriate action.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return your item for a refund, then
make a new purchase for the item you want.
