Shipping & Delivery
We carefully prepare every Little Haus order from our Cape Town studio. Here’s what to expect once you’ve placed your order.
When will my order be dispatched?
In stock items
In stock orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
Made to order items
Our made to order pieces, including gathered shades, string shades and cushions, are made especially for you. Our current production lead time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
If your order contains both made to order and in stock pieces, we’ll usually send everything together once your full order is ready.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next working day.
Delivery
Once your order has been collected by our courier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Delivery usually takes:
Cape Town and main urban areas: 1 to 3 working days
Outlying areas: 3 to 5 working days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Shipping cost
We offer a flat shipping rate of R150 throughout South Africa.
Collection
If you select collection at checkout, we’ll email you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please wait for your collection confirmation before making your way to us.
Damaged or missing orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your parcel or an item has been damaged in transit, please take photographs of the packaging and item before disposing of any packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your parcel appears to be missing or your tracking has not updated as expected, please get in touch and we’ll help you follow it up with the courier.
International orders
Our standard online shipping is currently available within South Africa only.
For international enquiries, special orders or larger projects, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to see what we can arrange.
